110% Guarantee


A lot of companies talk about customer service @ Square Peg we actually deliver customer service we believe to be tops in our industry. We know this to be true because over 40% of our clients are referrals from past clients. If you are not completely satisfied with your website design we will refund 110% of your deposit as a way of making good on our efforts. Believe it or not we even get referrals from clients that we refunded money to. Why, you ask, because no other professional company actually pays you for your time if you are unsatisfied.

Now you will hear a lot of companies talk about delivering great customer service but @ Square Peg Web it is not talk.  In fact, one of our vendors provides quarterly reports based on their own surveys of the service level we provide to their clients. I am proud to say for the first quarter of 2010 we received a 100% satisfaction rate.  While we are proud of this rating, we are much prouder of our over all satisfaction rate of 90% (as of June 7, 2010).  That is a real testimate of our continued dedication to delivering tremendous customer service to each client!
